Tamer is the regional CEO for TNS North Africa. His experience encompasses leading key client accounts, overall research design, championing key research solutions and overall strategy & business development. He started his career in 1993 with MEMRB/Synovate in research & management roles peaking to role of CEO for the wider MENA region in 2011. He joined TNS in
2012 and continues his passion lies in connecting the dots between research insights and business solutions that enhance brand performance.
He holds a MBA from Maastricht School of Management and a BA from the American University in Cairo. Naggar has been a key speaker and lecturer in various universities, conferences, and events. He is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the core marketing committee. In 2002, he was elected North Africa & Middle East representative in the Association of European Market Research Institutes. At the AEMRI Berlin Conference 2002, his paper “New Product Development in the ME” was prized the Best Paper award. In 2009, he was nominated Egypt’s representative at the ESOMAR (European Society of Market Research) and has been the representative since then.
