Rasha Saleh

Rasha has a long history of more than 2 decades, acquiring experience through her leadership, exposure & involvement on major marketing and communication projects in the industry locally and regionally.
After completing her bachelor degree in Mass Communication she kick started her advertising career in 1996 with BBDO managing multinational businesses such asHenkel & Pepsi foods.
Subsequently she was headhunted by her client to move to The Pepsi co. world for years to come, where she managed & led major projects at the time: Pepsi/Alex Penetration, Pepsi Ramadan, and the mega launch of Mountain Dew in Egypt.
In 2001 the opportunity presented itself back in the advertising world, as a Regional Account Director on McDonald’s at Fortune Promoseven Cairo, leading the LEVANT region for years to come. Five years later Rasha has moved within the agency to take an active role amongst the management team. In her position as General Manager
she has led major businesses: Etisalat, CAE, Nestle & Coke, while also being responsible for the business development and growth plans.
Moving on in 2011 she took on the challenge of managing and growing the number one digital agency in town Digital Republic, while being exposed to the latest communication technologies along exploring the creative social & content world with the top brands: Nestle, Coke, UBER, Unilever, Savola & Edita. Strategically building brands on-line which has become a passion that grew year on year until it was time for change.
Briefly she joined CIB for a short period as Head of Marketing and Communication worked on the re-structure and set the marketing plans to step down and start her freelance consultancy.
Rasha’s exquisite passion for communication continues to evolve along side the people development joy, where her certification as a Dale Carnegie trainer has supported her path with people growth as much as it did with business growth.
