In 2017 Khaled Elhady, a telecom engineer decided to take a leap of faith; to quit his corporate job and peruse his long life passion of creating the perfect sushi.
Shortly after, Khaled founded SUSHIMI, a sushi catering service, initially for family and friends, which later evolved to a premium sushi caterer, delivering an artisan sushi experience to corporate and celebrity events.
As SUSHIMI grew, Khaled’s passion also grew, and that’s when he decided to open his first artisan sushi restaurant; delivering a premium hand crafted sushi experience for everyone.
Today, Khaled’s vision it to scale and expand SUSHIMI in Egypt, playing a vital part in elevating the casual dining experience in Egypt and beyond.
