I am a mental fitness coach and previously a film producer! Yes, it’s quite a journey of self-discovery and a total redesign of my life. I aim to coach people who are reviewing their lives and want to take command of it for a future they dream of.
I am an ICF-certified life coach with the Positive Intelligence methodology at the core of my practice. I coach my clients on building the mental muscles they need to positively and creatively manage life’s challenges and create the optimal life and relationships they desire, both at work and personally.
I am here to support you in learning how to use your strengths to avoid self-sabotage and how to design and lead the life you envision for yourself.
