Raghda Elmaghrabi

At the age of 17, Raghda followed her heart and her passion for advertising and took the decision of declaring a major in Mass Communication and she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2007. Soon after, being her restless self, and understanding the importance of international exposure, she pursued her graduate studies specializing in International business communication at the University of Heilbronn, Germany.
Now, Raghda has 12 years’ experience in developing marketing and communication ideas for some of the world’s biggest and most influential brands. She has a passion for communication strategies that drives valuable experiences between brands and people. 
Raghda started her career in advertising in 2008 when she joined Leo Burnett Cairo working on some of the Agency’s most esteemed clients such as P&G, Samsung, Mobinil, BMW, Juhayna, Palm hills, Melody, Edita and much more. Her team has been awarded several times on the regional and global level. During her time at Leo Burnett, Raghda had proactively brought the Earth Hour initiative to Egypt where she had worked on it directly with her H.E Suzanne Mubarak.
In February 2014, Raghda Joined FP7 CAI as an Account Director and managed to be part of the Agency’s account management leadership, handling the Agency’s biggest Clients such as The Coca-Cola Company, Orange, WYF, Mansour Group and Oppo.She also had her share of regional and international awards; from Cannes lions, D&AD, Lories and Dubai lynx to Mena Effies.
In Early 2018 Raghda moved to Dubai to join Mullen Lowe Dubai as a Business Director leading several businesses from Dubai Tourism, Majid Al Futtaim properties, FAB, Warner Bros. and Infiniti automotive. It was also the same year that she was ranked as no.2 Account Director of the year in the B&W regional report.
A year later Raghda was transferred to FP7 McCann Dubai to lead the regional business of Mastercard. Mastercard is ranked as the 12th brand on the global brand index and it is the biggest Client for FP7 McCann Dubai office. Together with her team she had her share of regional and global awards for the work done on Mastercard. Nonetheless, in addition to her position as the regional lead on the Mastercard Business, Raghda was also the integration officer and Expo lead for Mastercard.
