Nora Toma is a philanthropist, social entrepreneur and angel investor in Egypt. Nora the Deputy CEO of Education For Employment-Egypt, a nonprofit that aims to bridge the gap between youth and income-generating employment and entrepreneurship opportunities. Nora has over 20 years of experience in Strategy, Finance and Investment, with exposure that expands beyond Egypt into sub-Saharan Africa.
Nora is passionate about empowering youth and believes that economic empowerment is a fundamental starting point. She believes that start-ups are the biggest hope for the youth bulge in Egypt and the Middle East, where the number of youth is larger than the number of available decent jobs.
Nora is trained as a business mentor and certified as corporate director.
