Massimo Pozzetti is a Global Marketing Strategist with an extensive experience in developing and growing global brands. He as had a prominent career in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Industry within home care and beverages in Unilever’s Global Headquarters and within foods in Nomad Food Europe based in London. In late 2015 he moved back to Italy into the Fashion Accessory industry as General Manager of Carrera Eyewear and Head of Digital, E-Commerce and Media Planning and buying.
He is an expert in Disruptive Innovation, having launched and built the first Disruptive innovation team in Unilever and having also contributed to teaching disruptive innovation. He is also a passionate endorser of the “Grow The Core” strategic approach, which he has sponsored and delivered in most of the companies he has worked for.
