Co-founder & Chief Operations Officer at Rabbit
Ismail Hafez is the Chief Operations officer at Rabbit, which he co-founded in 2021. He most recently served as the Regional General Manager at Kazyon, one of the largest retail players in Egypt, where he led a 1200 people strong team running over 150 stores nationwide. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at Dorra Group and Orange, where he ran marketing efforts across 5 countries in the Middle East.
Ismail is a well-seasoned business and people leader, with over 18 years of experience spanning the retail, telecom, real estate, FMCG and F&B industries.
Ismail holds an MBA from HULT International Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a Marketing specialization and a minor of Economics from the American University in Cairo.
Ismail is also a serial entrepreneur, launching and managing several F&B ventures since 2007!
