With over 25 years of experience and a strong specialization in integrated solutions (Comms 360) and multicultural projects, Iliana has developed and overseen the deployment of solid communication strategies, and world-class newsrooms and global solutions required by organizations and projects of the caliber of Riyadh Art, Noor Riyadh, Red Sea Museum, Diriyah Art Futures, Department of Culture and Tourism in Abu Dhabi, Sotheby’s, Boutique Group, Dhai Dubai, and Tuwaig Sculpture Symposium, among others.
She has led the internal communications of companies such as VW, Bupa Global Latin America, Pfizer Latam,
Argos, Llsco, Midl Ano Fasoro, to mention a few. She has also trained numerous global and regional CEOs,
CMOs, curators, artists, festival directors, brand managers, and teams in general on communication strategies, channels, media, digital channels, internal communications, change management, impromptu speech, and body language.
In previous years, Iliana collaborated with other PR agencies. In broadcast media, she performed as an anchorwoman for Azteca America, a Spanish language television network in Houston, TX. She was also part of Televisa’s team, the largest broadcaster in Latin America, as a journalist, editor, and photography director. Iliana has held a number of regional roles in APAC, LATAM, EMEA, and META, giving her a multicultural global taste that has been of great value to brands, clients, and teams.
She is a multi-awarded communications professional, being recognized in the list of the 100 Most Influencing PR Professionals by PRWeek and leading her teams to win numerous Effies, Sabre, Stevie, WPP, and MEPRA awards.
