Jodi Williams brings over 15 years of experience in workplace strategy, facility planning, and change management to CRTKL, working extensively with both public and private-sector clients to develop thoughtful strategies and in-depth engagement processes that bring together design, sociology/
psychology, and business goals. Jodi speaks regularly at industry events such as IFMA World Workplace, and NeoConEast. Jodi has experience as a workplace strategist working with premiere clients from a multitude of industries including ExxonMobil, GlaxoSmithKline, Nokia, and Johnson and Johnson. Jodi is Prosci Change Management certified, has a LEED AP ID+C accreditation, and is a certified planner with the American Institute of Certified Planners. Not only does she conjure crazy competent ideas about the future of work for forward thinking organizations, even her most conservative clients like the Architect of the Capitol ask her to develop workplace housing strategies for the next 50 years. For such buildings as the US Capitol, the Senate and House buildings, and the Supreme Court, Jodi developed master plans for varying federal government workers as well as facility requirements. Jodi accomplishes all of this while operating in the context of various end users and their substantial different work flows, historic preservation issues, funding requirements and don’t forget – plenty of politics
