Mohamed Hany supervises, delivers, and drives the company’s performance, emphasizing working with KPIs to track results and setting a high bar for the level of performance.
He is responsible for the overall leadership, growth, direction, cash management, strategic planning & SG&A’s for real estate projects in the company, as well as setting the company’s strategic direction. By leveraging on local and international best practices, and always being up to date on everything new in the field of real estate, Mohamed Hany is able to develop new innovative designs and concepts; his sharp sense of market-awareness allows him to detect and identify ways to mitigate risks associated with real estate investments, as well as embrace innovative technologies, with the aim of streamlining processes and gaining a competitive edge in the market.

Mohamed Hany graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Architecture from Misr International University in 2003. He received the Certificate of ISO Quality Assurance Register ISO 9001:2008, the Tourism & Hospitality Management Certificate from the American University in Cairo in 2006 and completed the Interior Design Course at Colombini Group in San Marino in 2014.
