Zeyad Atef works across technology delivery, operations, and AI-enabled systems. His recent work includes leading the team behind one of the first conversational AI deployments of its kind in a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical environment, supporting regulated patient access and affordability workflows in the US market.
His career has moved from software development and digital product building into agency-side digital, e-commerce, campaign delivery, and operations leadership — including as Director of Operations at TAC Universe — before moving into enterprise contact center, CX, automation, and AI delivery across the US, Canada, the UK, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific markets.
