After graduating from McGill University in Canada, I joined the family business which owns and operates Nile Cruise ships on the Nile.
In 2016 I founded Sanctum Hospitality which currently owns and operates restaurants in Cairo & Sahel, namely Izakaya, Mezcal, Binge, Gigi & Chiringuito.
