Reem Gadelrab, Marketing and Communication Director of Magdi Yacoub Heart Foundation
Known for her meticulous and imaginative visions, Reem Gad El-Rab has led the marketing and communications of several reputable organizations.
With a strong portfolio in marketing and TV production for over 14 years, Reem has extensive expertise and knowledge in many institutions; however, she decided to dedicate the peak of her career to the most notable of causes within Magdi Yacoub Heart Foundation, which represents the most inspirational healthcare role of models of our time.
With her appetite for innovation and knowledge together with her relentless pursuit of marketing excellence, Reem successfully made significant shifts in Magdi Yacoub Heart Foundation (MYF) since joining it in 2017 until today as the Marketing and Communication Director
Reem established the marketing department with a proper marketing strategy that engraved the foundation and its cause in the hearts of people. Her dynamic character believes in the role of development every day, which directed her attention towards digitalizing the foundation’s platforms; bringing to the table new social media tools and implementing online banking systems to boost the donations for the foundation. She initiated the events and collaboration team as well as the CRM system for managing the call center, complaints, and donation monitoring.
Additionally, Reem administers all the medical workshops along with the PR, fundraising, crisis management, and related-media affairs.
Previously, Reem was the Group Brand Manager at GB Ghabbour Auto, Egypt’s leading automotive company from 2013 to 2017. She was responsible for creating and implementing a brand strategy, as well as a brand marketing budget that is in line with the corporate’s plan.
Whilst from 2006 to 2009, Reem was a executive producer at Broadcast Film Production where she supervised over 50 powerful campaigns for key products, she also produced over 60 radio commercials.
Reem graduated from the Modern Science and Arts University (MSA) in 2006, with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Marketing.
