Rana is a seasoned professional in the IT industry with 8 years of diverse experience spanning the public and private sectors. Rising from a technical researcher to Assistant to the Minister of ICT for Monitoring, Rana orchestrates seamless project coordination and strategic alignment at the Ministry. Previously, she honed her analytical and operations skills throughout her tenure at IBM as an analyst and business operations leader. Her educational journey includes a Bachelor’s in Economics and Political Science at Cairo University and the University of Chicago, a Master’s in Public Policy at the American University in Cairo, and an executive training in governance and digitalization at the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin. Alongside her professional achievements, Rana indulges in creative pursuits like painting and portrait-drawing, and finds rejuvenation in outdoor activities like walking and cycling.
