Rana Abu Rish is a passionate scriptwriter who has been active in the industry since 2015. In 2017, she joined renowned writer Tamer Habib’s writers’ room for the hit Ramadan series La Totfe’ El Shams. She then contributed to the writing and development of the series Ka’eno Embareh as part of Mariam Naoum’s team. Since then, Rana has participated several other projects as part of writers’ rooms and writing teams
Her breakthrough came with the hugely popular Ramadan series Kamel El Adad (Season 1 and 2), which she co-wrote with Yosr Taher. They are currently collaborating on Kamel El Adad 3, now in pre-production. Rana also wrote Seeb W Ana Aseeb which she developed as the sole writer. She is now working on various exciting projects that are in different phases of development and production.
