with the critical responsibility of managing the daily operations and governance reform
of the Egyptian Football Association. The role focused on ensuring regulatory
compliance, restoring institutional integrity, and driving the development of Egyptian
football through strategic oversight and operational management.
Key Achievements:
• Entrusted by the FIFA Council’s Bureau to oversee and manage the day-to-day
affairs of the Egyptian Football Association during a period of transition.
• Led the comprehensive review and amendment of the EFA Statutes, successfully
aligning them with FIFA’s global statutes and governance standards.
• Executed the organization of the Egyptian Super Cup in the UAE, generating
record-breaking revenues exceeding $3 million USD.
• Secured and finalized a high-profile sponsorship agreement with PUMA,
enhancing the association’s commercial portfolio.
• Served as General Coordinator for the U-23 Africa Cup of Nations, which was
hosted in Egypt and culminated in a championship victory for the Egyptian U-23

Responsible for the comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of one

Confederation of African Football (CAF), to deliver a seamless and successful
