Maximilian Schneider is a design and technology leader focused on how AI transforms the way creative and product work gets done. Most recently, as General Manager of HUMAIN Create and Head of UI/UX Design across all HUMAIN products in Riyadh, he built and scaled an AI-powered creative and marketing platform for MENA enterprises, bringing generative AI into the core of how organizations produce brand and campaign content. Before that, he spent two decades in advanced automotive design studios, including Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen Future Center, Mitsubishi, and Human Horizons, where he led one of the earliest large-scale shifts to AI-assisted design workflows, running teams of 30+ designers across Shanghai and Tokyo. A hands-on builder who prototypes with AI coding tools himself, Max works at the intersection of design craft and generative AI, helping teams and enterprises move from experimenting with AI to operating with it.
