Hanzada is a passionate Impact Venture Builder, helping aspiring entrepreneurs create inclusive, impactful, and sustainable businesses. Her 16 years of experience include working in multinational companies such as JWT Cairo, PepsiCo Egypt, and Millward Brown Spain & Portugal as well as entrepreneurship enablers such as Ahead of the Curve (ATC) and RiseUp. Hanzada is currently serving as RiseUp Director of Programs where she is designs, develop and implements all RiseUp Programs with other partners such as Misk Foundation, PepsiCo, META, Google and others. She also served as The Deputy Managing Director for Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation at ATC where she led the launch of the Impact Training Program across the region, a design thinking boot camp for entrepreneur. She also managed the Awareness Campaign for promoting Women Economic and Social Inclusion in Egyptian Media in partnership with The Arab Women Enterprise Fund. Hanzada has delivered training programs and managed several workshops Wolrdwide for early-stage and scale up enterprises to over 10,000 entrepreneurs and aspiring youth from 52 different nationalities. Hanzada also occasionally teaches Marketing & PR at the British University in Egypt.
Hanzada embarked her own entrepreneurial journey combining her passion for jewellery, and social good launching Hanzada Designs, where unique handmade pieces are designed with local craftswomen & men, to shed the light on important causes such as Autism, ADHD, Breast Cancer, Mental Health and more, while also contributing to the education, and wellbeing of underprivileged communities in Egypt, supporting over 33 families monthly and helping 2000+ beneficiaries annually.
