Hagar is a corporate Marketing senior executive, with more than 20 years of experience in brand marketing, CX and brand development, during her career she served in markets like GCC, Africa with a base in UAE and Egypt in multinational blue-chip organizations in various industries FMCG, CD, Leisure & Entertainment and QSR.
Throughout her career, has held many regional executive positions in multinational organizations such as L’Oréal Middle East, Newell Brands, Majid Al Futtaim Leisure & Entertainment and in 2022 Hagar joined McDonald’s Egypt as Director of Marketing and Board Member of RMHC (Ronald McDonald’s House of Charities).
As Marketing professional, she set in place strategies that warranted accelerated growth, drove impact with solid ROI and development for marketing professionals & leaders. Building brands’ advocacies while delivering best-in-class experiences to target audiences were some of the corner stones that she kept major focus on.
She has a passion to play an effective role in brands’ life cycle while remaining customer-led, marketing transformation and accelerating teams’ development for growth.
On a personal side, Hagar is a mother of two boys, enjoys travelling, writing and practicing mindful wellness.
