Let me introduce myself, I’m Farah Nofal.
My main form of training now is Yoga. But I am also an Ex basketball player,track&field crossfit and functional training athlete. Teaching myself about flexibility and yoga changed my perception on fitness and health – discovering how good my body is truly meant to feel. Stretching physically and mentally has opened more than just my shoulders.
I come from a finance background, However after realising my passion for fitness, Health and Wellness; I chose it as a career. I believe in Bio Individuality and i seek to spread health awareness and education everyday.
