Christina Habib

Christina Habib is a global C-suite brand, strategy, and innovation leader who creates confident demand in uncertainty—building the desire, narrative, and cultural position that make brands chosen at a premium and thrive through disruption. Grounded in the belief that demand must be created, not harvested, she has shaped the evolution of 40+ market-leading brands across every continent, spanning prestige to mass, like a start up to scale up.
Over a multi-decades career across Procter & Gamble, Unilever, and a boutique consultancy she scaled to 200+ associates as an affiliate of Booz Allen Hamilton, Christina has driven transformational value across luxury, hospitality, tech, and wellness. Leading multiple $15B portfolios, she connected customer channel ecosystems across B2B, D2C, omnichannel, and own-retail networks—sustaining exceptional engagement through organisational change—and built iconic branding from roughly $250 million to beyond $1 billion, moving brands from commodity to lifestyle to identity.

She pioneered GenAI-native demand platforms, accelerating creator-led content and innovation like a start-up to scale-up at a premium, and delivered multiple market-leading bestsellers and campaigns. Her work bridges commercial strategy, brand building, premiumisation, pricing power, innovation, customer intelligence, AI, and organisational leadership. She led the cultural foundation behind 65+ creative awards, including the first Cannes Lions Titaniums in 12 years, and founded initiatives including Unstereotype, New Feminism, and Value from Values.

Alongside her executive remit, Christina serves as an independent Non-Executive Director and strategic advisor to creative and tech start-ups, SMEs, VCs and Leadership. She also sits on the Supervisory Board of a global pharmaceutical group, and is a contributing author and keynote speaker, member or affiliate across leading industry forums. She holds a BA Magna Cum Laude and executive credentials from INSEAD, Harvard, Accenture, and Korn Ferry.

Her particular strength is connecting what’s often treated separately: strategic creativity and performance, technology and human behaviour, premium pricing and brand experience, growth and culture.

She challenges us to think differently about how brands and humans endure, how leaders navigate uncertainty, and what AI changes about how organisations understand people and build the future.
