Choucri is a founding member and volunteer of the Heliopolis Heritage Initiative, a homegrown civic initiative advocating for the preservation of Heliopolis’ heritage, cultural identity, urban character, and quality of life through collaboration with authorities and community stakeholders. He has lobbied for the protection of numerous heritage buildings and areas across Heliopolis and Cairo, and contributed to advocacy efforts with the constitutional committee to introduce protections for Egypt’s tangible and intangible heritage. Professionally, his work spans the healthtech, fintech, and insurtech sectors.
