Ahmed Saleh is a media and advertising executive with more than two decades of experience across production, advertising, branded content, and integrated media. He began his career in 2002 as an Assistant Director, developing a strong foundation in storytelling, production workflows, and visual execution before transitioning to the agency side in 2007 by joining UM Worldwide.
During his years at UM, Ahmed worked across a diverse portfolio of multinational and local clients, specializing in offline media and strategic campaign execution. In 2014, he went on to lead UM Studios, where he focused on bridging the gap between creative ambition and production efficiency, helping deliver high-quality content under real market constraints.
Building on his production and agency experience, Ahmed later transitioned into executive production and leadership roles, eventually becoming Managing Director of EAR Media. Since joining EAR Media in 2020, he has played a key role in reshaping the agency following the merger of Epic Advertising, ACT Media, and Results Media into what is now EAR Media. Under his leadership, the agency expanded its capabilities across TV, digital, outdoor, branded entertainment, and integrated campaigns, while strengthening its creative and strategic positioning in the Egyptian market.
Ahmed is particularly recognized for his ability to create impactful, high-quality advertising content with limited budgets combining cinematic thinking, practical execution, cultural relevance, and emerging AI-powered creative tools to maximize production value.
