Ahmed Al Abdullatif is the CEO and Creative Director at Gene Branding, a company under the Wahaj Group.
Ahmed has been a passionate Saudi brand identity designer for over 15 years. He initially trained as an architect and later pursued his passion, earning a Master’s degree in Branding and Design Strategy from Brunel University in London in 2011. He co-founded Onsor Mosha, where he served as the Director of Strategy & Design for branding. During his tenure, he led the strategic and creative development of key branding projects in the government, private, and not-for-profit sectors.
Following the expansion of Onsor Mosha into the holding company ‘Wahaj Group,’ Ahmed currently holds the position of CEO and Creative Director at ‘Gene,’ the group’s specialized strategic branding and design consultancy. At Gene, Ahmed and his team help businesses and organizations strategically and creatively define their brands and identities, enabling them to progress, transform, and make a difference. Notable recent projects include ‘Designed in Saudi,’ ‘Giddam,’ and ‘Wrth,’ the Royal Institute for Traditional Arts.
