Wael Lotfy is the Co-CEO of Mountain View and a board member of Mountain View Foundation, recognized for his innovative vision and transformative impact on Egypt’s real estate sector over more than 25 years. Since joining Mountain View, he played a key role in expanding the company’s portfolio from 450 to 2,100 acres with investments exceeding EGP 200 billion, while leading major initiatives focused on experiential living, happiness-centered communities, and innovative business models. Throughout his career, Lotfy contributed to pioneering projects such as the first real estate academy in the MENA region in collaboration with The American University in Cairo and the National University of Singapore, in addition to launching concepts including Heartwork, Wonderville, and MV Clubs. A graduate of the Faculty of Fine Arts with a specialization in Architecture, he also holds executive real estate certifications and memberships in prominent business associations including American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt, British Egyptian Business Association, and Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Egypt.
