The program brings experienced leaders and established creatives closer to the next generation through small-group mentorship sessions designed for real conversation, honest experience-sharing, and practical career guidance.

Each mentor spends one hour with a maximum of 20 aspiring creatives, creating a setting that feels less like a talk and more like being invited into the room with someone who has already walked the path you are trying to build.

Purpose

The Circle is designed to support knowledge transfer and giving back to the creative community. Rather than focusing only on success stories, mentors are encouraged to share the full journey: how they entered their field, the challenges and turning points they faced, what they learned along the way, and the skills, decisions and relationships that helped shape their careers.

The objective is for attendees to leave with access to insight that is rarely available on a stage: practical advice, lived experience and direct interaction with someone working at the highest level of their field.

Session Format

Each session runs for 60 minutes and accommodates a maximum of 20 attendees to preserve the intimacy of the experience.

The format is conversational and dynamic rather than a formal presentation. Sessions can naturally cover:

• Their career journey and how they entered the industry
• Major challenges, failures and turning points
• Lessons they wish they had known earlier
• Skills aspiring creatives should invest in developing
• Building professional relationships and networks
• Navigating opportunities and career growth
• Advice for people currently trying to break into the field
• Open discussion and questions from attendees

Who Can Attend

The Circle is open to Creative Summit pass holders of any ticket type, but attendance is registration-based and subject to selection and capacity.
