Tamara Cassis

Tamara Cassis is a mental health expert specialized in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and is a Wellness Recovery Action Planning advanced facilitator. She completed a BSc in Cognitive Science from Queen’s University, and MSc in Psychiatry from McGill University in Canada.

For 5 years she worked at the Mood Disorders Clinic at the McGill University Hospital Center and for 2 years at the McGill University Psychiatric Services unit. In Egypt, she worked at the Behman Consultancy Group clinics in New Cairo, Maadi and Zamalek and online at O7 Therapy as the Chief Medical Officer
