Mokhtar is currently the Managing Director of Dialogue In The Dark – Egypt, a German Social Enterprise raising public awareness and tolerance for the visually impaired and hence inclusion. In addition to creating jobs for the disadvantaged by turning perceived deficits into potential assets.
With over 20 years of broad business knowledge & 8 years progressively responsible professional work experience in strategic communication, Mokhtar has practical knowledge in media and government relations as well as CSR and events management.
She assisted in the development of a comprehensive communication campaign with the ultimate objective to facilitate the national relay of Egypt’s vision 2030, covering the participation of stakeholders at different levels (general public and other concerned parties).
