Bechara played a major role in building the business in Lebanon and is responsible for running the operation and driving its continued growth. He joined the company in August 2015 and was instrumental in helping Zomato Lebanon to its current market leading position. He began his career by launching a restaurant discovery website monotonline.com in 1999.
In 2013 Bechara joined a Media and Advertising startup in Jeddah, where he had a regional business development role helping the company scale its businesses in Saudia Arabia, Iraq and Lebanon and some of North African markets
He also holds an extensive marketing experience working for brands like HP, Microsoft, Dell and P&G.
Bechara holds an executive MBA from Ecole Superieur de commerce de Paris.
