Moe Hamzeh has cultivated a 26+ year career in the fields of music and cultural business, multimedia, digital entertainment, and retail, across the MENA region. His passion for music also led him to develop international expertise in artist development and rights management.
Moe recently joined MDLBEAST Music as Executive Director Arabic, Regional Music and Talent Development, a new division under MDLBEAST Records focusing on talent development across a variety of deals including master rights, 180 and 360 deals.
In his former role, he served as the Managing Director of Warner Music (WM) Middle East, appointed to establish and manage the Warner Music affiliate from 2018 to 2022, in the MENA region. In his role, he grew and developed WM’s presence, promoted international artists, and nurtured a roster of Arabic artists and repertoire in the MENA region.
Moe began his career in 1998 as a Label Manager with Warner Music’s regional licensee at the time Music Master. He then founded Temple Entertainment, an independent label and publishing company, before working for Virgin Megastores, as a Product Marketing Manager. In 2008, he joined Melody Music Group as a General Manager. In 2012, he took up the role of Head of Content for M.Media, a V.O.D platform for Lebanese and regional movies, documentaries and series, where he was responsible for original productions and licensing.
