نجلاء العتيبي، قيادية في مجال التواصل والاستراتيجية، تشغل حاليًا منصب المدير التنفيذي للتواصل في مؤسسة حديقة الملك سلمان، وتتمتع بخبرة تمتد لأكثر من 15 عامًا في قطاعات متنوعة تشمل المشاريع الكبرى، والقطاع المالي، والتقنية، والتجارة الإلكترونية، حيث تولّت أدوارًا قيادية في التواصل المؤسسي والعلاقات العامة وإدارة السمعة والعلامة التجارية.
إلى جانب دورها التنفيذي، تشغل نجلاء منصب عضو مجلس إدارة الاتحاد السعودي للسباحة، كما شاركت في عدد من لجان غرفة الرياض، شملت اللجنة التجارية، ولجنة التنمية المستدامة، ولجنة الإمدادات الغذائية واللوجستية، إضافة إلى عضويتها في الجمعية السعودية للتواصل المؤسسي والإعلام.
تحمل نجلاء درجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال من جامعة لين، وبكالوريوس الفنون الجميلة من جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبدالرحمن، كما أكملت برنامج قيادة النمو الاستراتيجي والتغيير في كلية كولومبيا للأعمال.
تجمع خبرتها بين الرؤية الاستراتيجية والقدرة على التنفيذ، مع تركيز على بناء السمعة المؤسسية، وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة، وقيادة التواصل في المشاريع والتحولات الكبرى. ومن خلال دورها في مؤسسة حديقة الملك سلمان، تسهم في صياغة وتقديم قصة أحد مشاريع رؤية السعودية 2030، وبناء منظومة تواصل تعكس طموحه وأثره على مدينة الرياض وجودة الحياة فيها.

Najla Alotaibi is a communications and strategy executive, currently serving as Executive Director of Communications at King Salman Park Foundation. With more than 15 years of experience, she has held leadership roles across diverse sectors, including giga-projects, financial services, technology, and e-commerce, with expertise spanning corporate communications, public relations, reputation management, and brand.
Alongside her executive role, Najla serves as a Board Member of the Saudi Swimming Federation. She has also participated in several Riyadh Chamber committees, including the Commercial Committee, Sustainable Development Committee, and Food Supply and Logistics Committee, and is a member of the Saudi Association for Corporate Communication and Media.
Najla holds a Master of Business Administration from Lynn University and a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University. She has also completed the Leading Strategic Growth and Change program at Columbia Business School.
Her experience combines strategic vision with strong execution, with a focus on institutional reputation, stakeholder engagement, and communications leadership across major projects and transformations. At King Salman Park Foundation, she contributes to shaping and communicating the story of one of Saudi Vision 2030’s landmark projects, building a communications ecosystem that reflects its ambition and its impact on Riyadh and quality of life.
