Samar- B.A of Arts – is a development professional and passionate communicator, with more than 30 years of experience in corporate communications and sustainable development. As an executive member of LafargeHolcim, Samar has been leading the group’s efforts to raise awareness of the role that engineering, urban planning, and construction have in achieving a sustainable built future.
Samar is passionate about the importance of effective communication in building effective relationships and leading & managing people. She has assumed several leading roles within a variety of organizations serving different industries and markets (SITA, Glaxo, Huawei, DHL, LafargeHolcim), giving her a keen commercial awareness and acute understanding of the issues faced by individuals in a variety of business cultures and environments. She is experienced in reputation management, building favorable perceptions about any brand from corporates to public figures.
