Graduating with a Business Marketing degree from the American University in Cairo, Mayar has pursued her career in the Marketing field in Mondelez International, with a 16+ years’ experience, working on Global snacking most loved Brands, Cadbury and Oreo in addition to other Regional and local Brands.
Mayar has led several roles between Market Activation and Regional Equity & Innovation across the MEA region, leading a multi-cultural team to shape the Chocolate and Biscuits Categories’ Journey, from building strategies and communications to designing and launching key innovations across South Africa, North Africa, GCC and Pakistan markets.
Mayar Finds her passion in bringing Ideas to life, teamwork and creating a positive impact to others.
