Mohamed Basha has spent the last 16 years in advertising as a color-blind creative director and visual artist. He joined Isobar MENA back when it was still Digital Republic, developing campaigns that revolutionized the field of digital and virtual media. After 11 years with the agency, Basha is now the resident creative technologist, heading the region’s first creative technology department.

 

Nermin Habib began her career in advertising in 2009 as a copywriter working predominantly in print and guerilla marketing. A fated viewing of the Subservient Chicken campaign a few years later shifted her focus entirely towards creative technology as a field and medium. She is now an associate creative director at Isobar MENA and a member of the region’s first creative technology department, conceptualizing tech-driven campaigns for local and international clients.

 

With over 10 years of experience in communication and advertising, Sara Rabie has developed a genuine interest in digital media, technology and its impact on human behavior. Sara has a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from the American University in Cairo and MA in Digital Media from Goldsmiths, University of London.

Salma Ezz is a copywriter turned planner. She went from creative blocks to building blocks because she has a thing for juicy insights. When she felt like the left side of her brain needed more stimulation, she shifted from working on big global brands at Leo Burnett to creating strategies for FP7 McCann.

 

Mostafa is an award-winning Creative Director at Fp7 McCann Cairo. For the past 14 years he joined forces with leading international agencies including Tarek Nour, JWT, and BBDO. So far, he has worked on a wide variety of local and global brands such as Vodafone, Etisalat, McDonald’s, Master Card, Chevrolet, Palm Hills, Hyundai, Careem, National Bank of Egypt, and many more. Along the way, his work has been recognized at Dubai Lynx, Effie, Caples, Crystals and he was member of the grand jury for New York festivals advertising awards and Ad Stars South Korean festival. Other than being an advertiser Mostafa is an actor, writer, photographer, voice over artist, bad singer, director, retired tennis commentator and a full-time movie fanatic.

She also headed the culture team and trained over 1000 employees on the concepts of happiness. The success achieved in this project qualified DMG to be an Employer of Choice in 2019 by TOP EMPLOYER INSTITUTE. She is also a lead coach consultant in Delivering Happiness Egypt (DHE), through which she fulfills her life purpose of inspiring people to move forward with life in order to create an ideal world for all of us, in addition, help other companies in Egypt and the Middle East adopt happiness as a business model. Menna has more than 16 years of experience in the human development field. She has been focusing on how to change employees’ behavior and develop a positive mindset in both the personal and business context. Menna is an associate CIPD, Certified Coach from ICF, Barrett CTT Certified Coach, by using these tools, she helps organizations, and humans evolve and transform.

Akram Yousry is a Happiness Lead Coach/Sultant, he is passionate about utilizing coaching & training tools to help people discover and live their uniqueness so that we live happy, guided and fulfilling lives. He is a certified Culture assessment trainer, life coach, Professional trainer, and a public speaker. Through the past couple of years he has facilitated workshops, delivered speeches and trained more than 900 people from different backgrounds, cultures and seniority levels on Happiness, Trust, Leadership, Resilience, Time & Stress Management, Product design and Sketching.
