Chef Mirette Aly, Egyptian Born, With Turkish Roots. A Graduate of the American University in Cairo with a Bachelor Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications, Journalism and a Minor in Arts & History of Film.                        

The Self- Taught Chef , Worked in Multiple Fields Including Media, Real-Estate, &  Acting. Currently Head of Culinary & Marketing Divisions and a Founding Partner at The Lemon Tree & Co.  Hospitality. Also Partner at The Lemon Tree Concepts for Concept Development & Events. Host at MBC Lifestyle Show, Hamsa. Certiļ¬ed in Sous Vide Cooking Techniques by CREA; Culinary Research & Education Academy School (Mastering the Art of Temperature)
